The tenth month of 2025 has come and gone, giving way to the final stretch of the year. We enter November keen to finish the year strong, with the last weeks of 2025 slowly taking their final bow!

MIBCO Welcomes Human Resources Consultant – Mr Samual Lewatle

MIBCO has welcomed Mr Samuel Lewatle as the Human Resources Consultant effective from, Wednesday 22 October 2025. He will oversee the department for the next 6 months while we embark on a recruitment process for a permanent candidate.

Collective Bargaining Negotiations and the Signing of the Settlement Agreements

The Motor Industry is hereby informed that Parties to the Council have concluded and officially signed two MIBCO Collective Bargaining Negotiation Settlement Agreements on 23 August 2025, namely – • The Sector 5 Settlement Agreement of 2025; and • The All Other Sectors Settlement Agreement of 2025
