Board Secretary/Secretariat
The Board Secretary collaborates with board members, executives, and stakeholders, maintains important records, documents, and meetings, plans and manages meetings, develops agendas, and distributes materials. They also manage compliance reporting with stakeholders and ensure board members comply with approved procedures. In addition, their role also includes arranging all logistical details such as scheduling, invitations, locations, food, travel, etc and managing compliance reporting with stakeholders.
