Get ready for positive changes! HR has finalised the new MIBCO policies that will empower and support us in our daily work. As you may recall, HR was reviewing the policies with the assistance of REMCO for app. The below policies have been approved by the Governing Board and the Acting General Secretary for implementation the 01st November 2023.

  • Grievance Policy and Procedure
  • Disciplinary Policy
  • Working Hours Policy
  • Attendance Policy
  • Travel Allowance Policy
  • Company Vehicle Policy

Also, please note that these policies will be uploaded on the soon to be launched intranet. In the meantime, please liaise with your manager to access the policies.
