[PICTURE]: Meet the new Human Resource Secretary – Noluthando Mkwalo

The MIBCO team is excited to welcome the new Human Resource Secretary – Noluthando Mkwalo, who has joined the team officially in December 2024.

“I’m thrilled to join the HR team within MIBCO and can’t wait to collaborate with you all,” she says.

With several years of HR administrative experience under her belt, Noluthando has worked in dynamic customer support and results-orientated environments.

She has journeyed through both team-focused and independent roles, providing her with valuable opportunities to engage with individuals at all levels.

“My skills encompass HR administrative support, event coordination, recruitment, and management assistance, to name but a few, all of which have helped me hone my leadership and organisational abilities.

I’m excited to contribute to the HR team and MIBCO’S success, and more importantly, I’m eager to learn from each of you as we embark on this journey together,” she says.

Noluthando thanks the MIBCONIANS she has met for the warm welcome and is looking forward to working with everyone.
