Office Renovation SSC & Highveld & DRC

Dear MIBCONIAN,

In anticipation of the Council’s commitment to providing you with a vibrant and conducive working environment, it’s with great delight to announce the latest news regarding the office makeover. The buzz is real as renovations officially kick off at MIBCO!

Originally, we were planning for swing spaces on the ground floor, however, we’ve decided to take it up a notch.

We’ve secured a fantastic rental space next door at 279 Kent Street, providing 1076 square meters of pleasant and fully equipped premises.

The move accommodates 70 employees, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment during renovations.

With meticulous planning and discussions on shift systems, including work-from-home options, our teams should be ready for the upcoming changes.

On Tuesday, January 16th, furniture and essentials will be moved to the rental space, giving our current offices a temporary, spacious look.

The transition to the new offices will begin on January 22nd, with full operations expected by February 1st, 2024.
