INTRODUCTION
The Human Resources (HR) Department works in partnership with and advises, Senior Managers and line Managers in the development and implementation of their strategies, in the overall context of achieving the MIBCO mission and vision.
The HR Department fulfils this leadership role through the development and practice of policies, processes and programs which contribute to and sustain a safe, fulfilling and engaging work environment within which MIBCO employees develop, learn and grow to achieve their potential.
